I brought my car here for repairs and had a terrible experience; the work was constantly delayed, and the vehicle was in even worse condition after I got it back. When I inspected the car and pointed out a gap and a damaged part to the staff member, he simply blamed a past accident—even though our insurance had paid a total of $13,000. NOW I HAVE TO FIND DIFFERENT BODY SHOP TO FIX THAT

Got two new headlight assemblies installed and a power side mirror replaced. Everything was done perfectly and repair day was fast once I dropped it off. Car was clean inside and out when I picked it up. Very impressed with this company.

My vehicle went in for a repaint on the front end and a new windshield. The staff there was very polite and quoted me a reasonable amount for the replacements, repairs, and repainting needed. Upon pickup a few weeks after I noticed some areas that gave me concern and they were quick to help address them for me and even repaired some paint loss for free for me. They offer a lifetime warranty on their paint and they are very considerate of their customers. I hope that I won't have anything happen to my car to this extent again, but I would happily choose them for any future work needed.

Collision veterans is awesome! They repaired my car in the timeline that was given to me and under the estimate. They have exceptional customer service, and are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anybody!!!

Avoid this place at all cost. They painted my car 3 different times and still couldn’t get it right. It’s been a total nightmare. After the second time, the manager basically gave up and flatout refused to even talk to me. I had to track down the area manager, who was nice enough, but the communication was just as bad as the shop. This shop showed a major lack of respect for my car. The first time I picked it up, there were black handprints all over my white headliner, shattered glass still in the back, and they didn’t even bother to put the interior trim back on. Even after the third attempt, the paint still has swirl marks, stay far away from this place.
